5 Foods we Must Eat in March


In Spring our bodies feel experience fatigue and sleepiness due to lack of vitamins and minerals. We suggest some foods that help you make an easier transition between the two seasons.

1. Cabbage
Cabbage is full of potassium, fiber and vitamins (especially A and C). Moreover, cabbage is unique in that it has a significant dose of calcium.



2. Leeks
Has a slightly discreet flavor than onions, but is equally delicious. And has antioxidants that fight cancer. And because it is a very versatile food, try to use it in as many recipes.

3. Turnip
Turnip belongs to the same family as cabbage, kale and broccoli, which we know that only brings benefits to the body. It is rich in potassium, fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants. Even the turnip leaves are good for diet: it contains calcium and vitamin K.

4. Radish
This slightly spicy vegetable is full of fiber, vitamin C and potassium and it can be consumed with confidence because it has very few calories. You can include it in any salads.

5. Artichokes
It was included in the top 50 healthiest foods in the world, and that for good reason. Contains fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants (is in the top 10 antioxidant foods). Therefore it is also used in the pharmaceutical industry.
